One central order system
Channel A: brand-owned sales. Your website, Instagram, Facebook, direct orders and other approved channels. Orders reach us by dashboard, CSV upload or API.
Channel B: sales we manage for you. Shopee Taiwan, PChome, Ruten, Pinkoi and other approved marketplaces, run by us under your seller authorization. We use official APIs where available and a controlled manual workflow where they are not.
Every order fulfilled from our warehouse is recorded in the central order system, so stock and billing always match.
Handled carefully and recorded
Customer request → return authorization → return shipping → warehouse received → inspection → condition recorded → restock, damaged or quarantine → brand notification → refund or replacement. We record reason, SKU, quantity, condition, photos and result for every return.
