Inbound
Receiving your stock in Taiwan

How minimum charges work
You pay the higher of the minimum or your actual eligible fees, never both.
- Basic Fulfillment: monthly fulfillment charge = MAX(, eligible fulfillment fees).
- Managed Commerce: monthly charge = MAX(, eligible fulfillment fees + contracted management fees).
- Storage: MAX(, actual storage) while stock occupies space.
- Inbound: MAX(, actual inbound) per shipment.
- Storage, inbound, packaging materials, shipping, duties, taxes and other pass-through costs are billed separately and do not count toward the fulfillment minimum.
Why minimums exist: our operation is based in Taiwan, where warehouse, labor and administration costs are relatively high. Minimums keep the service sustainable for every brand.

The fulfillment minimum and storage charges are suspended. Any optional service still under an active contract (for example social media management) continues to be billed.
