How it works

You request a shipment. We obtain a forwarder quotation based on mode, chargeable weight, volume, origin and product category. Before shipping, the legally appropriate importer of record and consignee are confirmed in writing.

What is excluded

• Freight charges, insurance, duties, import business tax and clearance fees
• Acting as importer of record unless separately agreed

How it is charged

Freight is quoted per shipment by the forwarder and billed at cost as a pass-through. It is never hardcoded or bundled into our service fees.

What is included

• Carton and unit receiving
• Basic quantity inspection against your shipment notice
• Discrepancy and damage report with photos
• Barcode labeling
• Put-away to an assigned location

How it works

When your shipment arrives, the warehouse counts and checks it, records any discrepancy, labels units and moves them to storage. Stock becomes available for sale in your dashboard after put-away.

What is excluded

• Quality inspection beyond quantity and visible damage
• Re-packaging, kitting or ironing (custom quote)

How it is charged

Inbound package /unit, covering receiving, inspection, put-away and labeling. Individual fees (receiving , put-away , labeling ) are never charged on top of the package. Minimum per shipment.

What is included

• Real-time physical, reserved, available and damaged stock
• Full stock movement history
• Low-stock and slow-moving alerts
• Inventory aging (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–180, 180+ days)

How it works

Available stock = physical − reserved − damaged. Stock is reserved when an eligible order is confirmed and released if it is cancelled. Manual adjustments need approval and are logged.

What is excluded

• Disposal of stock without your written approval and contractual authorization

Included with warehouse services. No separate fee.

• Shelf, bin or pallet space in a Taiwan warehouse

How it works

You are charged for the warehouse capacity actually allocated to you, for the days it is used.

How it is charged

Small bin , medium shelf , large shelf , pallet per day. Minimum /month while your stock occupies space. No storage charge when you have no stock and no allocated space.

How it works

Orders from all channels enter our central order system. The warehouse receives a picking list, packs the order and hands it to a carrier. Status moves from New Order to Shipped and Delivered.

• Packaging materials (billed per order)
• Gift wrapping or special packaging (custom quote)
• Domestic shipping (carrier rate)

How it is charged

per order including processing, first-item pick and packing labor, plus per additional item. Packaging materials – per order.

What is included

• Carrier booking and label
• Tracking number in your dashboard
• Delivery exception follow-up

How it works

We hand packed orders to a contracted Taiwan carrier. Tracking updates appear only when the carrier provides them; we never display simulated tracking.

What is excluded

• Carrier liability beyond the carrier's own terms

How it is charged

Actual carrier rate, billed separately as a pass-through cost.

• Return authorization tracking

How it works

Customer request → authorization → return shipping → received → inspected → condition recorded → restock, damaged or quarantine → you are notified → refund or replacement. We follow applicable Taiwanese marketplace and consumer protection rules.

• Return shipping (carrier cost)
• Repacking (quoted if required)
• Refund payment to the customer

How it is charged

What is included

• Marketplace onboarding support
• Product listing in Traditional Chinese
• Order and stock synchronization (via official APIs where available, otherwise a controlled manual workflow)
• Customer message handling and sales reporting

How it works

We manage your account on Shopee Taiwan, PChome, Ruten, Pinkoi or another approved marketplace, under your seller authorization. All orders flow into our order system.

What is excluded

• Marketplace commissions and payment gateway fees
• Advertising spend
• Holding marketplace proceeds without seller authorization and a legal arrangement

How it is charged

From /month for one marketplace account. Each additional marketplace from /month depending on scope. A managed sales commission of –% of agreed net merchandise sales applies only under a separate contract.

How it works

We agree a monthly scope and content plan with you, then publish and report on results.
